Zeer slechte bedden! Lampen kapot, schimmel in de badkamer, plankje kapot, zeer weinig warm water. Gehorig.

"However the appearance of our particular apartment seemed to mask some of its obvious flaws. However the problems with the apartment wouldn't have been such a problem if we had better communication from intehome. On our second day we realized we were entitled to free wifi but had not been given codes. leading to me using my English phone number to phone the local offices, and after several attempts to get on the wifi they decided to send a technician out. We weren't told how long the technician would take, so we waited in the apartment for three+ hours. In the middle of our stay me and my friends had arranged for a coach to take us to terra mitica, and had already paid, as well as entry to the park, online. however we realized the boiler was leaking and flooding our apartment, as we were about to leave. Immediately we phoned the Javea office to which they sent a handy man out within the hour, however there was an evident language barrier. So upon his departure we did not know whether we were safe to use to water, nor if he'd return. It was not until some hours later (6pm) that I phoned the office, yet again, to find out what was happening. we were told the plumbers would be around at between 6 and 7 pm. upon arrival they swiftly removed the broken boiler. Whilst removing the boiler a pipe burst leading to a flooded apartment and some damaged goods, which me and my friends had in the living room and kitchen. The following evening we also found we had an air conditioner failure, leading to a very hot and bothered nights sleep. Overall the nou fontana block is a good one, however our apartment clearly wasn't up to the standard of people regularly holidaying there. Also the service and communication from the Javea interhome office was apalling"
