House/Residence

The stronghold Forte di Tregognano, 500 m above sea level, is in a good panoramic position between the frescos of Casentino and la Valtiberina, where a military post formally stood and has been fully restored using medieval materials retaining the original construction. Ideal starting point for trips into the greenery, for archaelogical and cultural journeys as well as walks in the woods of the grounds. Arezzo, Firenze and Siena can be easily reached. 2 of the 6 apartments in total are offered by us. Conference rooms on request. Panoramic view from the swimming pool, with WC. The apartments have their own heating and a toaster. Very old, nice house "Agriturismo di Tregognano", renovated, surrounded by trees and meadows. 10 km from the centre of Arezzo, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds 50 ha, garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 29.04.-30.09.). Outside shower. Barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: garden furniture. In the house: reception, lounge with TV, table-tennis, sun terrace, central heating, washing machine (for shared use, extra). House maid on request (extra). Motor access (1.7 km via unmade road).
