Casa Silvia is immersed in a landscape of vineyards, olive groves, cypress trees and enjoys panoramic views over the valley of Chios. It has been renovated respecting its original architecture, such as the features wooden beams. Casa Silvia can be reached by a private road and guests enjoy complete privacy guaranteed also by the private gate. From here pne can take wonderful walks. Beside the pool there is a stone porch with wood oven and space for outdoor dining facilities. There is also a bathroom with shower for those who wish to relax by the pool. Bordered by a small cluster of homes that are occupied only occasionally. Pets strictly not allowed. On site you can buy oil and wine production (organic products). Very old manor house "Casa Silvia", built in 1759, renovated. 7 km from the centre of Castiglion Fiorentino, 15 km from the centre of Arezzo, 15 km from the centre of Cortona, in a quiet, elevated position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside.
