Upper floor: living room with open fireplace. 2 large rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with panoramic window. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Nice panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. In the kitchen there is a furnace oven for Pizza and a coffee machine. Laundry room with washing machine and access to outside. The two bathrooms with showers also have double basins.

Old farmhouse renovated in a traditional way, hilly position, quiet and panoramic surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The quiet village has a museum dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci, small and pretty shops, goodrestaurants. Garden with old, majestic trees, orhcards and meadows. Ideal for family with children. Several outdoor areas, pergolas, tables and chairs to dine al fresco. 3 mountain bikes are available for excursions (on request, extra). Swimming-towels also available (extra). The house is furnished with typical tuscan furniture, but the kitchen is modern and practical. Dishwasher. Cleaning is taking place every Saturday. Private: grounds 2 ha, large garden 8'000 m2 with lawn, plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 - 240 cm, 01.05.-02.10.). Tennis, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
