A large farmhouse built in the early 20th century situated in the hills around Vinci, amidst vineyards and olive groves, 4 km from Vinci itself, the birthplace of the world famous Leonardo. Vinci has lost nothing of its charm and also provides an excellent base for numerous excursions: Florence and Lucca are just 45 km away, the famous Spa of Montecatini 20 km and the Versilia Coast 55 km. Set in a panoramic landscape rich in culture, the renovated property is surrounded by completely enclosed grounds with access through a remote controlled gate in wrought iron. The beautiful garden has a large lawn area, olive groves, garden furniture, a barbecue and a fully equipped covered terrace close to the swimming pool, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
